Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right in the center of Amsterdam near major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. However, the room I stayed in on the second level had a dirty shower, suggesting poor cleanliness standards. The message bed was a unique touch, and the shower size was decent. The service at the reception desk was friendly, but there were no specific comments about it. The dining did not seem to be a highlight, as only biscuits were included. Overall, the facilities were adequate, but cleanliness could be improved.
The hotel had fresh towels and bed linen in the room with two separate single beds on the lower floors. The shower was dirty, obviously not cleaned since the last guest. The location was right in the center of the city, convenient to major tourist attractions. Service at the reception desk was satisfactory. The dining options included tandoori dishes, and the price paid was worth it.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Amsterdam near all the major tourist attractions. The rooms were cozy, with light curtains and even had a balcony overlooking the city. The service at the reception desk was exceptional. The dining experience, although not included for the price paid, was satisfactory with delicious packed lunches available. The hotel offers great value for money in such a prime location.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located in the center of Amsterdam, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired as the shower was dirty from the previous guest and the bed blocked the wardrobe space. Despite these drawbacks, the price was reasonable for the location.
The hotel is in the heart of Amsterdam, with a bed blocking the wardrobe and a dirty shower that hadn't been cleaned since the last guest checked out. The service at the reception desk was mediocre. The location is excellent, close to everything in the city center. The facilities were disappointing, lacking in essential amenities.
This hotel had a great location, very close to the main square where Madame Tussaud's and the train station are located. The rooms were spacious and modern with a massage bed and a private bathroom; however, the shower was not as good as expected. The dining included in the price was satisfactory with hot dishes, and the service received at the reception desk was top-notch. The hotel faces an alleyway, making it convenient to access many of the major tourist attractions nearby. On the downside, the hotel is right on the sidewalk, which can be noisy at times.
