My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right in the center of Amsterdam near major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. However, the room I stayed in on the second level had a dirty shower, suggesting poor cleanliness standards. The message bed was a unique touch, and the shower size was decent. The service at the reception desk was friendly, but there were no specific comments about it. The dining did not seem to be a highlight, as only biscuits were included. Overall, the facilities were adequate, but cleanliness could be improved.

This hotel had a great location, very close to the main square where Madame Tussaud's and the train station are located. The hotel faces an alleyway, making it convenient to access many of the major tourist attractions nearby. On the downside, the hotel is right on the sidewalk, which can be noisy at times.
